3. Proceed to the Admissions Office for an interview.
4. Pay the non-refundable entrance examination fee at the
Cashier’s window.
5. Obtain test schedule for an entrance examination from the
Admission’s Office.
6. Undergo Assessment at the assigned venue on the
scheduled date.

For Successful Applicants:

• a. Secure permit to enroll or Assessment slip from the
  Office of Admissions.
  b. Pay the non-refundable reservation fee, which is deductible
  from the tuition fee upon enrollment.
